Attending the Olympic Games is unlike attending any other event. Before you make a purchase on www.cosport.com, please carefully review these important tips.
Eligible to purchase through CoSport?
Only residents of CoSport’s represented territories (Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Jordan, Norway, Sweden, and the United States) are eligible to purchase tickets and packages via www.cosport.com. Residents of other European Union/European Economic Area member countries will also be able to purchase tickets and packages through CoSport via www.cosport.com.
Event Tickets from CoSport
Olympic tickets purchased from CoSport are official as they have been secured directly from the Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee.
During the entire sale period, each individual session is strictly limited to a certain number of tickets that can be purchased from one account; this number will vary depending on the individual session. Also, no more than 20 Individual Tickets total may be purchased per account. CoSport is obligated to inform the Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee of any accounts that have purchased more than 20 tickets for review and approval.
Seat locations are only guaranteed within purchased price categories - Category A (typically closest to playing field), B (next closest), and so on. CoSport cannot guarantee specific seat locations at the venue until the physical ticket is received typically two to three months prior to the Games.
Individual tickets and FLEX + Tickets sales are FINAL and cannot be canceled or exchanged.
Hotel and Ticket Package orders can be canceled within 5 business days of purchase.
In order to purchase tickets or packages, you must first create an account on www.cosport.com.
Individual Tickets and FLEX+ Tickets Purchases: Country of the residency as noted within Bill-To information must match country of the residency of the Account Holder.
Hotel and Ticket Packages and Accommodations Only Purchases: If Bill-To Information is different from the Account Holder’s information, Account Holder may need to complete transfer authorization Form and return it to CoSport within 10 business days from the day of purchase.

Product Availability and Inclusions
All products are only available for purchase online through www.cosport.com. All available products and quantities are displayed on www.cosport.com.
Packages are sold as complete offerings on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not customizable.
Wait list or product availability alert options are not available – please regularly visit www.cosport.com for the latest information on available tickets and packages.
Guests will be responsible for their own arrangements for travel to/from the Host City including all necessary travel documents.
Shipping & Collection
For orders placed prior to April 30, 2020, Individual Tickets and tickets that are part of FLEX + tickets and Hotel &Ticket Packages will be shipped approximately 3-4 weeks before the Games.
Shipping: Individual Tickets and/or Ticket & Hospitality Pass Packages will ONLY be shipped to the Bill to address shown on the CoSport order.
Host City Collection: For orders placed from May 1, 2020 through the end of the Games, only the Account Holder will be allowed to collect Individual Tickets and/or Tickets and Hospitality Pass Packages with presenting printed Purchase Confirmation(s) and valid form of identification including proof of residency.
Event Tickets included in Premier Hotel & Ticket Packages will not be shipped and will be available to the registered primary guest upon hotel check-in on package arrival day. All other Hotel & Ticket Package types (Flex, Sport Specific) will only be shipped to the country that the Account Holder is registered under and only to the address of the registered Primary Guest shown on the CoSport account.
Mind the Logistics
Keep sufficient time between events (especially located in different zones) for transferring to/from venue, security check, walking distances and other possible delays that may occur.
Some packages and/or combination of Individual Tickets present a more challenging itinerary in terms of transiting to/from venues and/or accessing seating. Please take into consideration any physical limitations when booking. Contact CoSport with any questions before, during, and after booking.
It is better to plan ahead. Should critical revisions be necessary to your itinerary, the Organizing Committee and CoSport will be able to offer very limited assistance during the Olympic Games.
