CoSport emerged in 2000 working with the Sydney Organizing Committee for the
Olympic Games to create high-end hospitality packages for the Olympic Games.
These packages included deluxe accommodations, private transportation, and
premium event tickets.

Following the Sydney Games, CoSport partnered with the Salt Lake Organizing
Committee (SLOC) to offer a broader range of hospitality packages to the U. S.
consumer market. These packages were offered through the SLOC website and for
the first time, packages were sold to the general public. Packages included
accommodations at a variety of hotels plus event tickets and transportation.
